Joel Markowitz interviews actresses Hollis Resnik and Margaret Anne Florence, now starring as Margaret and Clara in Arena Stage’s The Light in the Piazza. They talk about the relationship they have built for these mother and daughter characters, and the advice Molly Smith gave them.

“What role,” Joel asked the multi-award winning actress Hollis Resnik, “do you most want to play?” Her answer should set producers scrambling to sign her on.
