Description

The first season of the North American Waterfowl Show features some of the craziest band stories we’ve heard. We’ve got a series of episodes coming from finding rare bands, to the origination of banding to the longest migration on record. We recorded them in 2021, but are finally getting around to releasing them. These episodes will available to download, stream and watch.

This podcast is about a banded bird that flew for 10 straight days!

When we recorded this podcast in 2021, the longest bird migration record had just been broken and it sat at 10 days. It was broken again in 2022 (11 days) by a bird of the same species after this podcast was done.
