This week we have a story of struggle, vulnerability and courage... We welcomed Leigh into the Sanctum for this episode to discuss his mental health journey and subsequent suicide attempts. I applaud Leigh for coming on to discuss this, the strength it takes to speak about these topics in an open form like this can't be understated... Given the topics it was an excellent conversation with plenty to take away and implement. I look forward to sitting down with Leigh again soon.
