 This is one of the most common challenges those I coach struggle with.  

Feeling unworthy, undeserving, and not enough helped you get here but it won’t get you there.

 

How do you feel when you think you are unworthy, an imposter, or inadequate? How do you show up when you feel not worthy? What results do you get when you doubt yourself?

When you feel undeserving, unworthy, and inadequate you stay stuck where you are.

You likely do not perform at your highest level or engage with the world as your highest, wisest, most productive self. Imagine what things could be like?

Moving beyond feeling unworthy, not deserving, and "not enough" is something we work on in both Ongoing Presence and Transition Well A LOT.

The small group setting is safe and perfect for this work. You learn you are not alone while enjoying support and camaraderie. There is time to practice, integrate, and explore. 

These groups are only open for sign-up twice a year, in January and late August. Each group is limited to 12 women in medicine. We meet twice a month in the evening in all time zones

Show up more mindfully. Notice how often the thought of not being enough drives your decisions. Start asking good questions. Choose the energy you want to make decisions from.

What energy leads you to your most authentic and aligned decisions?

Stay out of an all-or-none mindset.  What if there was no paradigm of enough vs not enough, deserving, or not, or worthy vs. unworthy?  Consider focusing on being human and/or ways in which you belong. Be patient. Practice self-compassion. Practice non-judgement. Trust yourself.
