In Matthew chapter 6, Jesus conveys various petitions we should be praying for. He also describes the reason(s) we should pray in this manner. This essential doxology demonstrates 'to God be the glory'; for it is His kingdom, power, and glory that He so richly deserves the praises for--from His people--forever!
