Bill isn't a big fan of sports but his wife, Dave and Carmen are. He came across a list of things that every sports fan should have and wanted to see how accurate the list was. Do you agree or disagree with the list?

While Dave is a true Southerner, he is not a fan of some social interactions that Southerners are known for. 

If you are a fan of Cory Asbury, you may be thrilled to hear that he is back to making "Jesus music" after stepping away from the format when he saw some things he didn't like and pursued a country music career. 

With all the talk of the Super Bowl Halftime Show announcement last week, some backlash has been happening. For some this is a longtime coming as acts over the last few years have become raunchier in some ways. Cory Asbury took to social media over the weekend to pitch an idea of having Christian artists get together and perform an 'alternative halftime show'? Are you a fan of this idea? If so, who would you like to see perform? 

If you were a fan of the song "Rico Suave" back in the day, you might be surprised to learn what he's up to these days! Hearing that story had Bill sharing some thoughts on who we as Christians should be putting first. 

Carmen's football weekend was stressful and her Oura ring had the evidence to back it up. As many of the teams in our listening areas had some intense games. 

While driving home from Birmingham this weekend, Bill ran into traffic and he wondered if Carmen and Bill would rather be stuck on a plane for 90 minutes or stuck in traffic for that length of time. It turns out that Bill was a fan of the scenic route rather than sitting on I-75. 

College football fans tune into College GameDay on Saturday mornings for a variety of reasons. One of the spectacle's is Pat McAfee's Kicking Contest where he offers up a large sum of money to a randomly selected student if they can kick a football through a field goal. This past weekend, the contestant had a poor kick and Pat immediately offered redemption if his cohost, Kirk Herbstreit, could throw the ball through the uprights. 

Christianity in Nigeria is under attack. Bill shared that a spotlight on this story came to be because of Newsweek, Bill Maher and Jonathan Pokluda. We are praying for Nigerians because of this awareness. In contrast, Dave brought the discussion back home to the United States and how Christianity is seeing revival.
