The residents of North Bay, ON were shocked in November, 2020 when a shy and quiet hospital porter was charged with the brutal 1980 sex slaying of a young mom. In this first episode of a 2-part series we look at Roger Deschenes and how he was able to live a life undetected for more than 40 years. We’ll also look at the circumstances that ultimately led to his arrest.
