Buckland has launched the 'Only at Buckland Mental Health & Wellness Lecture Series' to provide support to our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. This 4-part series features psychotherapist Jennifer Harkness, owner of counseling and art therapy practice called Courageous Heart Healing. This first of four sessions is called The Neurobiology of Stress and Daily Coping Skills. We have found these sessions with Jenn to be incredibly insightful and useful, so we are sharing them with our Beyond Borders Podcast listeners with the hope that they are helpful for others as well.
