Darkness can only attract darkness. Don't give the power over how you feel to the 'enemy'. When you feel heavy or angry, you let them win and you solve nothing. Watching the news creates thoughts of fear and anger. This is the time to pick yourselves up and to understand that in order to attract peace, you must BE peace. Peace is an energy, a vibration, and so is war. What we are, we attract. Clearly, the way we have tried to create peace in the past, hasn't worked.
