How us humans want to feel agency and control over the choices we make, but also can be easily overwhelmed by having too many choices. We talk about several interesting studies related to this - from an online dating platform founder who leveraged the power of choice to drive app downloads, to a grocery store that uncovered the paradox of choice through two different jam displays. Wanting agency over your decisions is real. But so is analysis paralysis. Let's dive in.
