The amount of space occupied in our body and energy spend in our mind trying to figure everything out is sucking our Life Force. I know it well before I knew it well. I was taught to live from my mind, to always know, something was wrong with me if I didn't know or couldn't figure it out. It meant I was weak, not enough in some way and destined to fail in life. The pressure I found myself in was unrelenting. I could never seem to get free of it..all the "thinking" "thinking" for what? The truth to figure out if it was "safe"for me. I spent my life "thinking" it all out only to exhaust myself and rarely try anything. All because my mind needed to figure out if it was "safe" for me. I pray my truth of realizing I was actually inheriting safe all along will free you from the patterns of "safety" in your mind. Because you are safe, My Love! May you receive it purely through the Divinity within you. Much Love to you!
