"All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all." (Isaiah 53:6). Now we've got total substitution —Jesus completely took our place of sin and gave us His righteousness. He gave us His life to live by. When you realize the significance of this, you'll be better positioned to appropriate the benefits of salvation that sprung forth from the resurrection.
