I used to work out every day I had a great plan to get in shape and as you know exercising impacts on our mental health which is vital, Plus, BDNF is important to our brain and it prevents the brain from Alzheimer's disease, At the moment working out is not my priority unfortunately and I busy with some other stuff, I appreciate it for this fantastic episode, have a great day dear Sarah
