We are back with part two of our series diving into America's Prison Industrial Complex. We pick up at the beginning of the Civil Rights Movement to discuss some of the most prolific figures to lead the movement as well as the United States government's attempt to quell their progress and the creation of the Law and Order ideology by the Nixon Administration. We also touch on how the movement ultimately helped shed light on the issues embedded in the prison system.
