He shares a story about teaching himself to close leads using the Nexstar process to convince his Comfort Advisor to adapt to Nexstar training, and realizing that not everyone can accept change, even when it benefits them. "I would tell anyone: if you really apply yourself to the HVAC Service System, that stuff really works," he says.
