I chickened out and played it safe last episode - whereas my truth, the real story, one of my more intimate and closely held truths of an experience I frequently have with a friend in Spirit. 
So this episode is the truth, The real episode I wanted to share - but I stayed comfortable, and in doing so, released something I immediately regretted. But instead of hiding and sitting with it, ive chosen to step into the uncomfortable, to be vulnerable, and to share what I really wanted to.
