Lorraine Wiseman, MBA, CPA, is the President and CEO of Leading the Wise Way, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and change management. She is a Vistage Chair and CEO Coach. Lorraine is a Global Executive and has been the President of seven multinational corporations in six countries. She is an expert in business turnarounds. She currently coaches 50 CEO’s of companies ranging in size from $1 million to $750 million. Lorraine is currently conducting research as part of her PhD in psychology program at age 60 on the lack of psychosocial readiness for today’s retiring generation. She is publishing a book in 2025 based on this research to provide guidance and tactical strategy and support to HR leaders, retiring executives, senior & generational communities and industry leaders. Her primary mission is to mitigate the risk of depression shown increasingly as this generation approaches or starts retirement and help them re-identify their purpose in the next part of the journey.
