Noah and Harley from Northern Beaches band The Rions join us!

We chat about their upcoming debut album ''Everything Every Single Day', which is set for release on October 3rd.

We talk about how the band formed in high school, and both Noah and Harley reflect on how lucky they are to still be playing with the same mates. They also tell the story of their most terrifying gig.

Noah discusses his musical parents and upbringing, while Harley shares that the band weren't big on attending gigs, and the surprising benefits that come with it.
