- Bill AB-1228 in CA allows fast food chains that bake and sell bread as a standalone item an exemption for paying the new $20 minimum wage. Greg Flynn, owner of Panera Bread just happened to donate hundreds of thousands to Newsom.

There are Winners and Losers in Life
- Mark Cuban was on a podcast stating that Elon Musk has destroyed X by allowing free speech. Instagram and TikTok are still “chill.” Cuban has been getting crushed on X recently over DEI comments.

Accept and Embrace
- Press Secretary KJP stated “As police chiefs will tell you, across the country, we’ve seen actually a significant drop in crime.” Simply not true at all. 

Working Hard is Not Enough
- Tracie Porter is the judge who is trying to keep El Trumpo off the ballot in Illinois. She is a traffic judge who presides over minor traffic violations.

Confidence is the Key
- Joey B had his physical and was declared “fit for duty” by his physician. Normally, Dr’s will come out to the press to field some questions, but not this time and no cognitive test was given.
