The Consciousness Talk series here on GIC Radio is a monthly broadcast featuring Bernard Alvarez. The series is used to share information Bernard recieves VIA "download" from his guides he calls the Emissaries of Light or ONE. It is intended as a metaphysical discussion, inspirational talk and food for thought. This month Bernard shares some insight on the present shift of consciousness happeneing around the world to many of us internally and the changing of the outward paradigm.
