Tony Jameson was a full time college lecturer, turned full time comedian and now hosts a Football Manager Podcast called Football Manager Therapy. In this interview he discusses the life of a comedian, how he got started and the show that changed it all, Football Manager Ruined My Life. He discusses how this changed his life and was career altering and then what led him into the Football Manager Content Creation community, hosting a podcast called Football Manager Therapy with Matt Richards and now Rich Owens and how he enjoys being involved in tournaments such as The FM Playoffs. We also discuss why representation and diversity is so important to Tony and why he has always taken a lead in such areas.

The Scouting Centre is about discovering the journey of your favourite creators and getting to know them via content interviews/personality profiles. The aim is to get to know the creators better and through their advice, to support future creators. The conversations are open and have ranged from mental health, anxiety, YouTube, mentors, support, content strategy and more.

Creators can be anything from content creators, wrestlers, journalists, writers, actors etc. Anything that involves a creative process.
