What do you know about shadow work?

The shadow self is one we often don't want to see.

Our shadow self holds our subconscious thoughts and stories we don't even know are there sometimes.

In this episode, I share my own learned shadow aspects of  3 archetypes the nurse, the healer and the entrepreneur and how they all have similar shadow sides. 

I share a couple of my own resources and work around shadow work too because I know if everyone did their own Shadow Work, this world would be a lot more emotionally mastered and intelligent.
