In this episode I interview Danielle Gruen Sheppard about the unexpected and tragic loss of her brother. We talk about the layered experience of her own loss and how she had to parent her children through the loss of their uncle.

Danielle is a part-time professor at a local university in Southern California. She specializes in career development and also works with individuals with disabilities. She is a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful children.
