Ann Dowd will reprise her role as Aunt Lydia, while newcomers Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, and Rowan Blanchard join the cast. Elisabeth Moss, who plays June in The Handmaids Tale, is involved as a producer but her direct involvement is uncertain. The series aims to expand on the world of Gilead and be accessible to both book readers and new viewers.
