Thomas Oude Kotte has taken the K League by storm. Signed from Roda JC in January, Thomas has become a stalwart in the Anyang rearguard during their first-ever season in Korea's top flight. So good has Thomas been, that when Newcastle United came to Suwon to face K League All-Stars, the number 55 received a call-up and played 80+ minutes.
Thomas tells Andrew about growing up in football-crazed Netherlands, the influence on the domestic game from some of football's greatest minds, his surprising move to Anyang, his favored position, and what the future holds.
