If I discover a food or practice is "good" for me. I am the type of person to take that advice too far. I constantly fall for the idea that if something is good, more must be better, which has actually done my overall, long term health a disservice. In this sense trying too hard works against you, right? Anyways, I wanted to share my thoughts on why many of us get caught up in the "too much of a good thing" effect. And what we can do about it.
