Joe Biden has been declared the Winner of the 2020 Presidental Election. Yet, there are many question surrounding the accuracy of the results. The big reason for the questionable results has to do with the rulings of State Supreme Courts regarding the 2020 election in the name of fighting a pandemic. It specifically states in the U.S. Constitution that it's the state legislatures who make the election laws for how the state's electors is to be elected which ultimately determines who becomes president.
