Ciara is a chartered quantity surveyor and accredited mediator. She has a Masters of Science, in Construction Law from KCL and an LLM in International Human Rights Law with a focus on global development, environmental law and human rights through the lens of the Built Environment from the Irish Centre for Human Rights, Galway.
