As the daughter of Speech—Hip Hop Legend, producer, and founder of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT— she spent much of her childhood growing up on the road, touring with her family. Moving from place to place so frequently made it hard to develop lasting relationships outside of her nucleus (family). Which may be the reason she places such an emphasis on strong friendships and building community.
