Fact check and trigger warning: I incorrectly said I was 40 with 4 living Grandparents. I did the maths and they all passed away in my late 30s - anyway, they were amazing people, an absolute gift to know them.
We talked about grief and other difficult and interesting things… her upbringing in Botswana, studying in Australia, and insights from her work as a psychologist.
And we discussed asking for help! And it's more than ok to call a helpline, talk to a trusted friend, make time to work through the tough stuff.
