In this episode I touch on the topic of Narcissistic DEI and its Antidote, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in general, and the various approaches taken by DEI theorists. In this video, I discuss how some DEI theorists take specific instances of discrimination, such as banks not issuing mortgages to African Americans and people of color, and overgeneralize these issues to an entire population.
