December can feel chaotic, but I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to drain us or push us into burnout. Instead of matching the end-of-year hustle, I share how I slow things down, protect my time, and support my clients in a way that feels sustainable and spacious.

I talk about the importance of setting clear boundaries during the festive season, planning content in advance so you’re not scrambling between wrapping gifts and client requests, and creating simple seasonal offers that feel easy to deliver. I also share how I prepare for January before switching off for the holidays, so I can return with clarity instead of overwhelm.

I’m taking December at a calmer pace this year, closing my business on the 17th and returning on the 5th of January, and I encourage you to craft a version of December that honours your energy and still serves your clients well. A gentle, grounded plan can make the entire season feel lighter, more intentional and far more enjoyable.
