The case of the missing monsoon
Update: 2025-01-15
Description
In the Top End, all eyes are glued to the synoptic charts ... and fingers are crossed that some rain could finally be on the way.
The case of the missing monsoon has been troubling Territorians and residents in parts of northern WA and Queensland - who would normally have had a reprieve from high temperatures and sweltering humidity by this time of year. And a monsoon season is also a worry for some farmers, and tourism operators.
