In this episode, I talk about the first few years of motherhood when I felt like a steamroller of domesticity was going to roll over me and flatten me forever...and that my back was against the wall and I was fighting for my life. It was in the midst of that, that I made the decision that motherhood would MAKE me and not break me. That has been the core of all of my practices, techniques, identity shifts, failures and successes and GREAT learning over the past decade. Enjoy.
