Darcey and I recorded this podcast in the month of November, and sadly, we have one thing in common that we wish wasn't so: we both grieve losing a parent this month. Darcey lost her mother just ONE year ago and I lost my father in 2019. Both of our parents were too young to say goodbye to us but we both have hope that there is a greater plan for them beyond this earth that is not in our control. Listen in to our candid conversation where we share our personal experiences and how we deal with this grief and continue working towards our best self and goals.
