retention: they don't care for the troops--health care is the minumum. no coverage for massage therapy and the health/dental insurance coverage for family members is paltry. promotions go not to those who earn it by merit, but to those who check off minority and woke boxes. recently a chaplain a few years ago was under investigation for s xual harrasment, but despite that, is now transgendered and therefore was promoted to a commanding position.
