There have been many events happening around the globe as well as our personal lives these past few weeks.  We have witnessed devastating earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, and even civil and political unrest.  During these times, it can be easy to fall into despair or hopelessness.  However, by coming together as a community and caring for one another, we can lift each other out of this place and create the hope we are seeking.  I am inspired by the many acts of kindness I have witnessed and the outpouring of neighbors giving and helping however they can.  One of these people is my friend Daniel Dayao.   Dan is actively involved in the community.  He is a coach, a volunteer, and overall caring and sensitive person.
