Utah passed a law recently that could give, what I call, "Rockstar" teachers $100K a year. But... it's not all teachers... just the Rockstar teachers...Utah State University has an organization that is in charge of helping to build the "metric" to determine whether or not your teacher qualifies as a Rockstar.
