The positive Indian Ocean Dipole is a feature of the climate in south eastern Australia, so in this episode we talked to Agriculture Victoria Seasonal Risk Agronomist, Dale Grey, about past positive Indian Ocean Dipole events, how a positive Indian Ocean Dipole forms and how that affects seasonal conditions.
