“So there remains a Shabbat rest for the people of God. For the one who has entered God’s rest has also ceased from his own work, just as God did from His. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one may fall through the same pattern of disobedience. For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword—piercing right through to a separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

Rest is a command, a gift and an invitation to enter into the heavenly realm: the doorway through the Word made Flesh (Torah).
Come rest (refresh, renew, rejuvenate) your SOUL.
