We specialize in combining (unstructured) data from multiple sources to provide insights. With the recent developments in AI, this capability is increasingly the base on which these new KM developments are built. We are mainly focused on getting as much data as possible and structuring it to make it work for the required application. On several occasions we team up with other companies specializing in Knowledge Graph systems and conversational chatbots.







I am our companies first contact for clients, new and existing, and I am the first to work out requirements with the client team. This is very deliberate, because I do not want technology to limit the question when the client does not yet know what they want exactly. When we have a solution on paper, that is the moment I shift to my technical experience and start working out how the solution on paper can be transformed into working software.

Andrew Herd has 25 years of experience in the space domain, with the past decade as Senior Engineer for Corporate Knowledge Management at the European Space Agency (ESA).







He has led over 50 lesson capture and learning initiatives, managed knowledge for ESA's largest Directorate, and developed innovative Lessons Learned web and mobile applications. Andrew is a recognized thought leader with over 30 publications and has chaired international panels on lessons learned. He founded BraveLLAMA, dedicated to advancing knowledge management through enabling others to learn from experience, and launched #ExperienceXChange blog for this same purpose. His energies are currently dedicated towards leading a KMGN hosted project: KM Landscape@2025 – and for this he is grateful to all the co-creators, together with whom he is walking, talking and working.
