With the terrible events that occurred in the US earlier this week, we found it necessary to express our position and how we feel so that hopefully some of you can relate and not feel so alone in all this crazy energy. We had launched our Remothering Digital Course 1/5/2021 and had already planned to talk about it on this episode, but we had no clue how it would coincide with the much needed and long overdue collective healing that was made obvious this week as confused wounded inner children breached the US Capitol in their adult bodies. The social injustices we protested about last year did not go away when 2020 ended and we believe this is a reminder to continue doing the inner work, decolonizing our generational shadows, and using any privilege you have to give the oppressed space to speak their truth. This is still a time for introspection and radical self-responsibility. Healing the collective starts with us as individuals.
