We had a really fun conversation once again on our Free For All Friday show.

We started off the conversation discussing what’s been going on recently with One World Whey. We talked about the misleading claims of the product and our reaction to how they’re dealing with it.

Needless to say we are not happy campers regarding what’s going on. So for now, until things change we are stopping all sales of One World Whey from our website. Our link will be redirected to an article I wrote about my thoughts concerning the whole thing. I’m like you. I don’t like the labeling issues that happened which is why we’re redirecting our links.

Our goal is to be 100% open and transparent for you. This entire show is built around helping you to the best of our ability.

We then talked about Kate’s saliva and stool test she’s doing with Dr. Steven Hines (links below) who was a former guest on our show. According to the test she’s HIGHLY sensitive to gluten even though she barely eats any.

Every now and then we go to a restaurant that that serves 100% organic, grass finished hamburgers which we get wrapped in organic lettuce. They also serve sweet potato fries which are fried in duck fat.

We avoid fried food at all costs especially if it’s fried in vegetable oils. But as a treat every so often we visit this restaurant as a “date” night out. We recently found out that the fries have trace amounts of gluten in them.

Needless to say that’s the last time we’re going to go there. Avoiding eating gluten is a tricky thing because it’s hidden in just about all foods. It’s hard to get away from unless you do the 100% raw vegan thing, which is looking more and more appealing at this point.

As a result of Kate having an amoeba parasite that’s burrowing holes in her intestines (resulting in leaky gut) we’re going to the Markus Rothkranz 3 month parasite cleanse. We’re really excited about doing this and will talk about our experience on our show as much as possible to help you guys as well.
