It's #NationalSiblingDay so obviously I had to bring on Ernie. We really wanted to talk about how to develop good leadership skills, and we do some of that, but we mostly complain about Tony Robbins. How ridiculous would it be for a woman not to hire a man because he was too attractive?! Anyway, Ernie and I agree we need better leaders in the world and we talk about how great leaders love feedback and choose love over fear every time.
