The 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit has just concluded in Tianjin, which has so far been the largest in the organization's history. Attending the summit were SCO members states, observer states, dialogue partners, and also representatives from multiple international and regional organizations. On the sidelines of the SCO Summit, we spoke with ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn.
