And our guest today Suzie Flores built Stonington Kelp Company in Stonington, CT - with her husband Jay - in the waters of her yard that lead to Long Island Sound. Turns out that growing in the water helps things grow on land (we’ll tell you ALL about that!) AND provides sustainable and delicious food to our community and to the top chef’s in Connecticut.
