THE FIRST THING TO GO IN AN APOCALYPSE ARE MANNERS
THERE'S GOT TO BE STARVING ZOMBIES IN AFRICA
This is a sequel, but also a stand alone. Book one is shorter and I liked it better. I suggest you try it and if you like it get this. This is also very good, so don't hesitate to get if it is on sale and your are not bothered by profanity, grossness, fecal matter type of jokes, torture and weirdness. Despite a small lag in the middle and a very thin plot, I was entertained and enjoyed listening. The language and situations are very dark and gross, so do not attempt if this bothers you.
SWEDISH MARINES
Timothy the main character was a Ahole before the apocalypse and now he is even worse. This is first person or first hybrid Zombie. I like books that come out you from the view point of the bad guy, pretty rare. It is dark, with several jokes or puns. Not a constant laugh out loud, but I did chuckle often.
BAD PUN INTENDED
I am usually not a fan of Sean Runnette, but this was written with him in mind. At least it sounds like that. His timing his perfect and it sounded like he enjoyed reading this. He makes the listening better than the reading.

Mark Tufo has an odd imagination. He is soooo twisted. I don't know how a normal person comes up with this stuff. With that said, I love the book. It is a guilty pleasure. I don't want anyone I know to think I like this book(haha). It is the most disgusting and disturbing thing I have ever listened to, but I couldn't stop listening! He does an amazing job with the main character, Tim. I have to hate him, but I can't help but hope he will do something redeeming. This book is DEFINETLY not for the squeamish. There were times I had to take a break and let my stomach settle, but I always came back for more!!!

Tim....because he's a giant zombie clown with no sentimentality or morals, and a dark sense of humour.
Have you listened to any of Sean Runnettes other performances before? How does this one compare?
Sean Runette is one of my favourite narrators. Just as he breathed life into Michael Talbot, so he does with Tim.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, but I didn't because I wanted it to last! Rooting for Tim to prevail is like finding a Miley Cyrus song that you like....a guilty pleasure that makes you feel a little dirty for enjoying it so much!

Will mark tufo grace us with a 3rd installment of the Timothy saga, or was Tim's fate left to our imagination?!? Either way, I'm good with it. It ended in the right place.
