In this episode, Janice and Peter reflect on how to be an effective leader with special guest Colonel Joshua D. Hartzell, MD. He currently serves as the Program Director for the National Capital Consortium Internal Medicine Residency Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and is an Adjunct Professor in the MGH IHP Health Professions Education Program. They also reflect on how the pandemic has influenced their leadership and offer three tips for becoming an effective leader.
