Tribute to my dad. We lost him 9 years ago today. I wanted to come on the podcast briefly to share some cool realizations I have made recently about my dad and how he influenced me by setting a great example of using a growth mindset. As I have said all along, mindset really is everything. I might have learned a bit about growth mindset from my dad before growth mindset was even a "thing." What did you learn from your parents?
