We all go through times when we feel like we need recognition or feel like something is missing.  We turn to things like social media to fulfill those inner needs by posting something reactive to the feeling of lack in order to gain attention and fill those dopamine needs.  We are all addicted to dopamine, and dopamine can be a great chemical! But as with everything, it can also be used for negative results. 

Today we discuss what feelings of lack are, why we experience them and how to positively turn those feelings around.
